I am truly looking forward to tomorrow and changing all of my current eating habits. No more junk food for me. I will be posting at least once a day and hopefully each morning I will get a chance to post my summary of the previous day. Look for my starting bodyweight, a few measurements and also an estimated bodyfat percentage.
So what are your guidelines? Paleo/primal? Are you doing tubers? Legumes? Dairy? Soy? Any processed foods?
